We ran a very enjoyable painting course in November 2011 at the Filmers' wonderful house Mdoroni at Kilifi Creek on the Kenya coast (look at www.houseonkenya coast.com). We ate great food, swam, sailed and painted thirteenth century Arab ruins, fishing dhows on the creek and the local boatyard, as well as beautiful beaches and seascapes. We also had the beautiful model Everlyn for life classes. The next course at Kilifi will run from 3rd - 11th November 2012.
